Because you own the plan and aren’t locked into a construction contract you are in control from start to finish of how much or little work you decide to contract out. Coordination of partial install by the customer & a portion by a contractor is no problem. Our design team can help you with phasing in a project in stages, or planning for it all to be installed at one time.
