Design Elements · Full Properties # Full Properties: 12 from real Napa & North Bay projects The whole property is the real project. I design outdoor living, not landscaping — a series of connected destinations organized around clear hub spaces, so movement through the yard feels natural and every area has a purpose. I start with the view from inside the house, because that's the landscape you'll see most. I respect the bones of the property and reuse the trees, stone, and materials worth keeping, so old and new run together. When it all connects, nothing feels random, and it looks like it was always meant to be there.
